As reported in the Daily Mail, few researchers at Bangor University have stated that the overweight and obese, no doubt have a bloated sensitivity to the drinks like fruit juices but at the same time, these enhance their subconscious liking of the sweet taste also. Therefore, these drinks are both way harmful for individuals.
Also, fruit juices contain a higher amount of sugar and therefore these should not be included in any ones ''five-a-day'' healthy portions.
